Workouts

Rest between exercisesIn every workout. Rests between circuit rounds are set per block.

Rest between setsFor exercises done in more than one set.

InstructionNstructR+ walks you through each exercise once then talks you through the exercise. NstructR skips the walk-through.

Words of encouragementNstructR and NstructR+ vary "Last one", and now and then say "Keep going" or "Breathe" in place of a count or during a hold, and "Great job!" or "Fantastic!" as each exercise ends. Pause at equipment changesWhen the next exercise needs other equipment, the workout waits until you tap Ready instead of carrying on once it has said what to do.

Text-to-speech speedHow fast NstructR and NstructR+ speak: 1.0× is the voice's normal speed. 1.0×

Full screenWhile working out in the browser. The installed app is always full screen.
